Then-Lt Col (now Colonel) Russell Miller, USAF, commander of OSU's Air Force ROTC unit from 1997 to 2000, speaks at an October 1999 memorial ceremony at which two dogwood trees at Oklahoma State University's Theta Pond were dedicated to the memory of two OSU AFROTC alumni, Maj Guy Booth and Capt Ed Parent, who died on active duty.
